Today was my first experience here. I walked in to two customers advising they were waiting for more than 10 minutes and no one was at the front counter to service customers. After several more minutes and a few yodels for help... someone emerged. They seemed annoyed that now there was 4 people waiting for assistance. We were not greeted with kindness, instead with imposition. I hope this is not typical of their service but based on my experience, I will not be returning.

First off I love the hemstroughts pasteries I love to come in the morning and grab a chocolate croissant but today the lady working at the register first off failed to use a glove or anything when giving me my food which I am pretty iffy when it comes to stuff like this but to add in I felt overall rushed when I was trying to look at the stuff they had. A younger guy did come afterward with a very uppity attitude and slightly lightened the effect this encounter had on me but to conclude it’s sad that a place I like to eat from has to have good days and bad days like this, hopefully my review means something and this establishment will gain from this

Super Bummed!!! Placed an order as a surprise! Looks like they printed a delivery label and pocketed my $71.00, So disappointed. Sent an email and tried calling I have !!! It’s the worst because when I originally red the reviews I saw a similar situation and thought Oh Please please don’t let that be the experience I have!!! Maybe they will get this and make things right, I hope. And if so please package them so all the frosting doesn’t get messed up. Such a disappointment!!! ☹️🥺😩

Great place to get fresh baked goods! The location is not ideal, and although the interior has been renovated and looks nice, it doesnt help how rough the exterior is. Staff are friendly enough, but nothing like other locations that are now closed. Last time I went in, cashier told me it was not possible to pay partly with cash and the rest with card.

Stopped here yesterday (5/30/25) while driving through and got some bread, half moon cookies, and a pretzel. The Italian bread and pretzel were very good, but we found a piece of plastic in the half moon cookie. Must be lacking some quality control for that to happen as it was a very big piece. Won’t be coming back.
